The point in the two videos, that you apparently failed to understand, is that the contract he signed in 2011 and the one they asked him to sign in 2019 are not materially different except that it is acknowledged to be an exceptional circumstance.
The NFL wanted to protect themselves from any claim that there was an employer/employee relationship simply because they granted a workout to one individual. It protected them from him getting hurt during the workout and then claiming he had rights as an employee. It also protected other NFL affiliated organizations from the same thing. That's the only difference in the two contracts.
What it did was give kap an out so he could continue to say "fuck you" to the NFL on one hand and have a bunch of social justice warriors come running to his defense on the other thus continuing his relevance for a while longer.
It begs the questions of why he wants so badly to be a part of an organization that he detests so much.
Kind of like you being so butt hurt over not being part of a clique of mongers you hate so much.
Seems like there are a lot of similarities between you and kap. Only he's smart enough to go out an make money at it while you can't escape your own mediocrity and futility. Originally Posted by boardman

He obviously has more cash on hand than I do...but regardless we are both more successful and better human beings than you. Facts ;-)
