Initiate early aggressive widespread testing followed by masking and distancing.

These are certain conventions that hold for virus outbreaks that are well known.Other countries have utilized them and managed much better than we have.

I've just started on Michael Cohen's book, "Disloyal," and so far, after about 20 pages, it's the pick of the litter, absolutely riveting. And, for completeness' sake, I started on Bolton's book, "The Room Where it Happened", but gave up not far into it -- it's pretty dry reading.
