LOL my showcase age is 29. It's just a white lie though, only off by 2 yrs. I was 29 when I started, I just never updated it. To be honest when I turned 30 I thought it was the end of the world. For the first 2 months I was so depressed. Now I feel totally different. I love my age and I know longer think its the end of the world. I have found that notion to be quite true. Most caucasian women tan which ages us...ethnic women rarely ever do so intentionally. I am one of those girls who does not insist on hanging around with only my kind so to speak, so my friends vary from all over different countries. I can honestly say the ones that are not from the U.S. seem to look younger for longer.

I'm 29 for real and it's totally a problem for me. If I list my age as 29, people think I'm lying! I don't mind them thinking I'm older, but I don't like being thought of as the kind of women who lists my age as 29 for 5 years (not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just soo not who I am). So then do I lie and say I'm 28 so that people don't think I'm lying? LOL Luckily I'll be 30 in a few weeks.

I've just seen a photo of Kirstie Alley on Yahoo and she's 60 and looks AMAZING. Better than most women will look at any age as far as I'm concerned.

She just lost 100lbs. I'd include a photo here but the site asks for a URL - not sure that one on Yahoo would last.
