UPENN bans males from womens sports

Normal? Not close.

Your language is simple hate rhetoric, rude and spiteful.

I'd like you to provide me with a medical referral for the treatment you keep saying I (and "the left) need.

And I'm not a gastroenterologist, but I know body parts when I see them.

Bullshit. The only reason this became an issue at all is because the left insisted that this was normal and the trannies should get to play in women's sports and use the same locker rooms as females. Trying to blame the right for this travesty is like blaming fire fighters for making a big deal out of a fire instead of the arsonist. Ya'll need some therapy. Good luck Originally Posted by Budman

Trannies do have similar rights. They certainly have the rigbt to compete in sports based on their gender. Not what gender they want to be today. Get a grip on reality dude. Maybe this will help. If you got a dick you ain't a chick. Ya'll might get a group discount on therapy. Check it out.

I hope you guys realize that you are going back and forth and arguing about silly shit when I think everyone pretty much agrees that men should not be participating against women in sports. Instead, it has really become an argument that has morphed into non-Trump supporters getting annoyed that MAGAs are acting like this is the equivalent of the 2nd coming of the civil rights movement when there is such an immaterial number of males even participating in female sports and it is really more about bashing transgenders.

Let's just admit that it's good that it is stopping for the sake of fair competition in sports, give Trump credit for it and go on to not really giving a shit about it like you did not before it unnecessarily became such a hot political topic. To me, it is not much different than testing athletes for performance enhancers to make sure there is fair competition. It's not like it is complicated like this legitimate shemale: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caster_Semenya.

On the other hand, it is time to put an end to the dominance of this true 4th of July champion: https://www.si.com/collectibles/non-...rds-to-collect. There has to be some fat chick out there who can deep throat and swallow more hot dogs in 10 minutes than that dude. Please forgive my hypocrisy, but Joey Chestnut's dominance has to end, and it is time for a woman to step up and end it!

Immaterial number until it affects you. This shit needs to be stopped in its tracks.

From that great civil rights leader Rodney King, "can't we all just get along". The answer is fuck no.

I guess it shouldn’t surprise me that the usual suspects have tried to turn this thread into a “trans hate thing”, or a “homophobic thing”, or it’s a “doesn’t happen that often thing”, or it’s a “I know plenty of trans folk and they’re all good people thing”. All of which is complete bullshit, total deflection & completely off topic being that the OP was simply pointing out that UPenn did the right thing by banning men in women’s sports and stripping Lia Thomas from his awards & wins. I can only hope that continues for the sake of women’s sports. Want to argue that you think men should be allowed in women’s sports? Have at it! Otherwise, you’re completely off topic and shows that you don’t want to argue the true topic of this thread.

Lemme take this from a perspective that I’m surprised no other man on here has done for some reason…

As a former collegiate athlete that played D3 hockey, actually played for a National Championship, and unfortunately lost, I never would have thought…welp, since I can’t get a ring in the men’s division, I’m gonna grow my hair out and declare myself a trans woman so I can now play in the women’s division so I can get that Championship ring. Or thought…welp, since I didn’t get the D1 offers I wanted, & decided to play D3 hockey, I’m gonna suddenly declare myself a trans woman so I can get the D1 scholarship that I would have liked.

A man/boy playing in women’s/girl’s sports just isn’t right…period. It’s hard for me to even comprehend that this is even a discussion in today’s society. We have Title IX for a reason, and women and girls fought their asses off years ago to ensure fairness and remove gender discrimination. What is the most disappointing about this is that where in the fuck are the women’s rights activists like the Me Too Movement? Why are they silent thru all of this? Or female athletes that should be speaking out against this? Why are they silent?

As far as the argument that this doesn’t happen often, well it is happening more and more and as far as I’m concerned, once is one time too many. Don’t agree? Ask the women/girls who have worked their asses off for years just to have their dreams crushed because some dude suddenly decides he wants to declare himself trans so he can play in women’s sports cause he can’t win in the men’s division. Or ask their parents who have supported their daughters for many years so that they can compete at the highest levels in women’s sports just to watch it all get negated by some dude. Try putting yourself in their shoes.

Just take a moment and think about that. How devastating that can be for a young woman and her parents. How about a little empathy for them? This has zero to do with trans hate or homophobia. It’s about fairness in women’s and girl’s sports. Period.

Lucas,
The percentages are low but seemed to be growing until Trump showed up. If the number is so small that it shouldn't matter why do ya'll fight so hard to normalize it?

It would appear that I am NOT done here. Though a small group has done well in my brief absence.

But...iIf so many of you are going to respond after what I posted, I got lots more to call out.

Let's start here.....

BTW, I generally avoid letting anyone here know any personal detail, but I will make an exception for this thread full of hate. I have 2 members of my extended family that are Trans. And the son of my best lifelong friend. They are 3 of the most respectful, kind people that I know.

I would trust any of them with any female member of my family in any situation without hesitancy. They are far more trustworthy than any of the intolerant participants in this thread.

(I cannot wait to see the responses to that)

You’ve said every other denigrating thing you possibly can. And you routinely say personal things like this to people.

Take that next step.

CALL ME A LIAR TO MY FACE.

I have made up nothing. Just posted a personal fact.

It is so disappointing....but not surprising....that it led to a response like yours

Not a good look.

You could have started with a more reasonable statement, perhaps along the lines of "I agree with what UPENN did here. What do you guys think?"

Nope. You ATTACKED a Trans person right outta the gate.

University of Pennsylvania reaches agreement with Trump admin over transgender athletes case
The school said it will no longer allow transgender women in female sports.

The Trump administration has made it its policy to not just persecute these people but to keep these issues in the public media because it’s red meat for its base. They are weaponizing bigotry to further their own power grab.

The odds of this affecting anyone here is about the same as having a co-joined twin.

MAGA fed you a few headlines. Showed you a few misleading videos with commentary from self-serving shills like Ashley Gaines. Demonized an Olympic athlete.

And as I said in another thread....

Y'all fall for this over and over and over and over and....

Like the idea that this was "turned this into a trans hate thing”.... or a “homophobic thing"... or a “trans folk are all good people thing.”

Wow. What was this dialog SUPPOSED to be? Just a thread stating “This Trans person got their dick back and their medal taken away” thing? And every thing else is off topic or not legit?

Dude...seriously....HOW can you possibly defend this? Wait. Don’t answer. I’ve pointed it out in so many threads that it is not worth doing so again.

So let's continue....

Lemme take this from a perspective that I’m surprised no other man on here has done for some reason…

But you sure have! Seen it before. This is a tiresome recycle.

But let’s ignore the tedious repitition and take a different route with this....

I assume that you intentionally chose to NOT do this….meaning you actively decided to not declare yourself to be other than the sex listed on your birth certificate. Correct? So then...could you please….PLEASE….show us the examples of the athletes who chose to do the opposite?

Because that is what you are implying!

Please tell us who these other athletes are who were not so ethical. Please tell us who these people are who declared themselves to be a different sex than what was listed on their birth certificates in order to gain competitive advantage in collegiate sports.

PLEASE. I’m asking nicely. Back up your implied claim.

As to why the “fuck” these others are silent on this….I cannot speak for them. I think that they quite likely are not.

But if they are....the simple answer might be because they know this is all bullshit and they don't want to be associated!

It may also be to avoid the attention of MAGA and the unrelenting misrepresentation and divisiveness that they bring to every MADE UP culture war like this.

I will freely admit my naivete if you are able to do so!

Just don’t cherry-pick your evidence to support your claims. I’ll beat the fucking shit out of it if you do.

But if you know things that no one else here does, please share them!

Otherwise, you should consider limiting your statements to things like you said above where you said “as far as I’m concerned.”

You are fully entitled to say that!

And to disagree with statements like that from others who have posted here.

But when you make these other claims and inferences….speaking as though these are facts and accurately depict the way things are....they will not go unchallenged.

NONE of us are saying we shouldn't talk about this. We are just saying that this kind of bias and misrepresentation does not set a tone that will allow for it to be constructive. But this is what many of you do....over and over and over and over...
