True but the new toilets are built for water conservation which usually take a couple of flushes to get it good and clean. A lot of people aren't aware of this. However if this "turd" was as major as it sounds coupled with the fact that the OP didn't know about how weak the new tiolets are then it's entirely possible that the poor toilet didn't stand a chance in the first place.
