Its her business. A very personal business. She or any other provider has the right to refuse service to anyone or charge what she wants. Its not upselling if stated in ad as an extra. She also stated her height and weight.Indeed it is her business, and I agree she is entitled to do whatever she wishes... just as I am entitled to pay whoever I would like.
If you don't like it. Just move along. Just my 102 cents worth. Originally Posted by LadyRed

My point is that's fine, I would move along, lol. Originally Posted by sketchball82

First I said it was a side note, so you were warned it was a little off topic.Lol. That's really deep. Are we really discussing ethics, legalities, liabilities, criminal and civil defenses? As an independent service provider they can charge whatever the want for whatever they choose to who ever they want. Or not. .
Second, airlines justify this because a big passenger costs more gas for the airline company (have to use more gas due to increased angle of attack (which slows the plane and thus the flight takes longer) and/or increased speed (which raises the lift vector as well assuming non-inverted flight), or a combination of the two of course). So it actually does cost the airline more. A fat person can be charged more or get cut off at a buffet for obvious reasons (although I've never actually heard of this, lol). XXXL clothing takes more fabric, and thus it costs more to make. All of these costs have justifiable/reasonable explanations to why they cost more for a fat person to be serviced.
If you are arrested and choose to plead not guilty because you're only an
escort, what is your reason for charging more for a big client? "When we went out to eat at Sizzler, Judge, we had to sit at a booth where the table was pushed to me! The small amount of space was INTOLERABLE, so that is why I charge more to act as an escort." "When we were dancing, my arms couldn't go around him, so I charge more to compensate for my embarrassment." See? Justifications if you are only an escort (not prostitute) are very thin at best. Without question, the prosecutor would note that a prostitute might charge more for the reasons in this thread, which are justifiable and thus reasonable (although I still maintain they are unethical), and the jury would see through the providers excuses. That's the point. Originally Posted by sketchball82

That's what I explained in the post you responded to.
And if nobody wants there service. So be it.
I can't really see a sitiuation in real life that it would come into play to convict or accquit you. This is funny! Originally Posted by LadyRed
