On a legal note, I would think charging more for an overweight client would pretty much destroy any reasonable doubt that a provider was really an escort and not a hooker. Specifically, I mean a jury would not acquit the provider... I would think she would be found guilty for prostitution and its related crimes on the policy of charging more for an overweight client alone.

It also seems wise to leave out those kinds of details ads, for the reasons stated above. If you are just dealing with time, that's simple enough.

the lady whose request this is, can find out through references or just even deal with it when a larger guy shows up. She should handle it with grace and not embarrass anyone over size. She is free to not see him again, if she doesn't like him.

(but hell, that's just my .02. not worth much)
