The fact that a Provider (actually the type that I would meet), has a cancellation fee tells me a lot about her:
1. How she prepares for the experience. It's not just a FUCK! She really dolls herself up, gets ready mentally, physically and prepares the environment. That is Top Notch. That's the problem: in the final analysis, it is just a fuck. Would you pay as much for a date w/o the fuck? I don't think so.
2. She values her time. So, if she values time, there is mutual respect, because she too values my time. Again, this means the "moment" is going to be Great due to this value and respect, mutual respect, of time. BS. She values her time so much she's likely to short you on time. One and gone is the foundation.
3. If I am meeting this Fem, I already have done my recon and am ready to go. It's a problem when a person does not do full recon and is caught off guard. It's business and she has every right to expect what she expects! So do I in this case! You're forgetting the YMMV disclaimer every provider makes.
4. It's a WIN-WIN. Only occasionally.

I'd never meet any lady with a cancel fee because then I know from the git-go she will screw me anyway from Sunday, and not in a good way. The only lady that is half way trustworthy is one that actually expects to be paid for SERVICES, and does not expect to be paid when no services are provided.
And besides, since providers give companionship only for the fee, if no companionship occurs, then the client owes NOTHING. If a provider expects compensation for no companionship, that "companion" (using the word loosely here) is, IMHO, a thief.
