I knew this man, a long while ago, who kissed and it felt like liquid ambrosia when we did.
I was still relatively new at that time and he so surprised me with his ability to just revel in his time with me that we ended up spending the night together! I didn't want him to leave. That was just one of the glorious memories that I have of this business.
So yes, kissing is highly important to me. And to find a good kisser is just a wonderful gift and adds so much to the overall experience.
But a gentle tip, don't tell me you're a good kisser. Just show me.
With regard to kissing and abilities dealing with oral sex? Well for me, I haven't seen a correlation with that. Not at all, really.
I have know of men who are wonderful kissers but that didn't carry over to the other.
Just my thoughts on the matter. Oh, I'll have something to daydream about when I go to bed here in a few.

Kissing is something I really enjoy. But I'm not always in the mood for it during a session.
If the mood is GFE, then kissing is more than welcome, and it's a great way to get ourselves revved up. When I think back to the most memorable sessions I've ever had, kissing has been a big part of them.
On the other hand, there are times when the mood is decidedly less GFE, and kissing can seem forced or awkward, which to me is a big minus. Bad breath, especially smoker's breath, is another big turn-off when it comes to kissing.
So I have to conclude "it depends". When it's good, it can be fantastic. If it's just OK, don't bother.

One of my most favorite kissing sessions was with Splash Waterfalls. 
I think we kissed for about half an hour up against the wall.

Kissing is very important I would think, especially when one is looking for GFE. I love soft lips and a good kisser.
