My only concern in the whole post was that we are not special. I am not to concerned whether the cover is on or off, though I prefer off it. When I'm with a provider, I prefer to be treated like I'm special. If only for that hour or so. If the menu is up or unsure, I ask. If it is no, I respect that and move on.
