I think all of this makes complete sense from an evolutionary stand point. Women are extremely vulnerable during pregnancy. With evolution throwing in some good old endorphins into the pleasure center during this time, it makes sex much more enjoyable for both mother and male. Thus creating bonding, giving the male an incentive for sticking around, and creating safety for the female by having a "strong" male to protect her and her child during those most critical and vulnerable times after birth.

I'd say if your into pregnant women, then why not help out a lady and see her? It's got to be tough to be pregnant and low on funds. I wouldn't worry at 8 months her going into labor as long as she's on the earlier side of 8 months and not the latter. If your concerned, then ask her.
