I'm wondering if any of you have any suggestions for me. I'm new to this and want to be very careful as I dip my toe in the pool. I want to find a well reviewed, trustworthy, as well as very attractive provider but I'm running into a big issue. I completely understand why these ladies want to screen us and it makes me more comfortable knowing that they do. But it seems common that a major way they screen is to call us at work. I have no problem with this whatsoever, but I work for myself and my work number is my cell phone number. There must be a lot of other guys out there that own their own business, work from home or some other variation that doesn't have them working at an office with a work phone number. If it's sufficiant, then great, problem solved. But if he still beats around the bush not wanting to prove he isn't LE then I make that known also.
It's kind of hard to screen without giving away atleast some information about yourself. Another thing you could do is go to a meet and greet, I think some providers do that. The one thing I tell first timers concerned with me screening them is to join P411. That way I don't have their direct informaton, and the screening is one and done. Meaning, once your screened your screened for good. Sorry if others already suggested all these things I admit I didn't read most of the posts in this thread like I should have.
