I skimmed most of this thread after page 2 but my doubtfulness is: I generally think the moaning is fake and done to make me think I'm doing a great job. We're not that stupid we can tell when it's done for effect vs for real.

They are always so comforting and loving and they know the human body like no one else, literally. I once had an ER doctor want to date me, and I would have but he was still married and had some issues with that, but if I had dated him, I could have been examined every night. All well....
