Escorts, GFE ...and the Courtesan experience

I always liked you...

Yes, whether you choose to eat at Burger King or at the Capital Grille, you are still eating. However, you must agree that the two experiences are significantly different, in terms of quality, ambiance and service. Quality, in anything (food, automobiles, clothing, etc.), always costs more. Quality, and beauty, are always in the eye of the beholder. If you choose to drive a Ford and I choose to drive a BMW, neither of us is wrong in our choice, just different. My personal preference is to not JUST buy sex from a lady, but also her company, her intelligence, her wit, her conversational skills and the essence of herself as a human being. I don't believe that you will get any of that from a streetwalker or a regular escort. That is my choice. If you choose to ONLY purchase sex and sex only, that is your choice. We will pay significantly different amounts for our experience. Again, neither of us is right or wrong, merely different. I happen to feel that the additional funds spent are worth it.

I don't get why labels seem so important to some people. Find the experience that you are seeking, one which provides value to you, pay the appropriate amount for the experience and just enjoy. I, personally, have been very fortunate in that I met a lady who meets all my needs and provides the experience I desire. She is beautiful, charming, intelligent and classy. Whenever we are together, we have wonderful times, whether it is a simple dinner, attending a concert or just hanging out at my apartment and sharing a bottle of our favorite wine. Whatever I may have provided for her......an allowance, gifts, a five day vacation to Mexico, all of it is money well spent TO ME. If that type of experience is not for you, no problem. Enjoy your Whopper. Bon apetit!!!! Originally Posted by stimulatethemind

You and I, obviously, have different outlooks. Enjoy your life the way you choose to live it and see things your way and I will do the same.
On being a whore......

Whore is the societal term given to the legal condition of being a prostitute - That's it; nothing more, nothing less. Some small minded individuals like to use it to demean women so I accept it for the word it is and give it no credence and therefore no power.

That said, to think that there is no difference between the caliber of whores or prostitutes is to say there is no difference between an ambulance chaser and a legitimate trial attorney that defends people from overreaching laws, agencies and corporations. A courtesan is to a streetwalker as a cardiologist is to a last-chance general practitioner who's about to loose his license for whatever reason.

I've worked with several types of engineers throughout my career. I'd put civil or mechanical engineers - even with their PE license - at the lower end of the spectrum kind of like doctors with family practices vs surgeons. Engineers with their PhD's are in a higher strata than the engineers with just a BS or masters and so on.

I've worked with some horrible plumbers that caused me to have to do thousands of dollars in re-work to my houses. I've replaced that plumber with a good plumber that did his work and caused me no problems with the mechanicals or my schedule.

Grade E beef can't hold a candle to Choice and Choice isn't nearly as good as Prime beef. My point is that all things are subdivided according to grade, type or category for clarity's sake. So, no Peaches, a whore is not a whore is not a whore. The end result is the same just like it is for any other job undertaken for consideration. Show up on time, perform your duties and don't make waves just don't expect to not get graded or classified ranging anywhere from hack to master.

Debating this subject with whore-mongers that hate whores is just as futile as the debate in another thread in this forum about what is or is not a sugar baby. The hater just wants to be contrary and demonstrate his smaller mind by taunting. If you want to call yourself a courtesan, by all means do. However, just realize none of it's true unless other people think it's true. If you charge more over and above the going rate for your market; you are well thought of for your intellect, compassion and are low drama; you have a very elegant incall; and provide a superior experience vs just a hours in and out then you probably aren't the only one calling yourself courtesan. One hater in a crowd proclaiming all prostitutes are whores does not a pact with society make.

I know you're trying to be inflammatory. We know each other too well to think otherwise, but you have to know you're childish. So if a whore is a whore is a whore in your eyes so the fuck be it. Peace Peaches, honestly the WHOLE world isn't out to get you. Smile . It's a bright sun-shinny day.

It cracks me up how many people rise to this guy's fetid bait. He's just a troll for goodness sake. Don't feed him and the nonsense will die. Geez.

Oh, and it's obvious you don't have a PhD, and she didn't act the fool. She played you like a violin.
I believe Olivia has the right idea. There are different skill levels and putting a label on the levels seems quite appropriate. I tried to choose intelligent attractive ladies that made me feel more like a lover for a couple of hours then a client. Also, I liked to fool myself into thinking the gift or whatever you would like to call it was grocery money or bill money or just treat yourself to something nice money. However, make no mistake. The ladies here, regardless of what they are called, wouldn't touch their clients if the money weren't on the table. Over the years I have treated the ladies well and I could afford to do so. I've had some GREAT results. To me, the ladies I see aren't whores or sluts but they aren't typical either. If they were typical, I wouldn't have had a sex life. I don't blame the ladies for wanting to label the quality of experience they give. Just remember that we men aren't all just clients and the reason many of us see you isn't just to dip our wicks. I can get a doll for that. I've paid ladies just to get naked and hold them for a couple of hours. Ladies, if you can't understand that and your main purpose is to just get him off and get his money, you are in the wrong buisness. Elliot was client#9 and the price was high. Furthermore, many of the ladies reported that they didn't even enjoy his company. Age has curbed my talents in the bedroom but I hope I never treat women as he did nor do I want to be a number on the schedule. So, as I stated before the title doesn't mean much. You may call your experience what you like. I don't like the #9 experience but when you are an old fart taking medication that inhibits your performance, many ladies see you as the #9 type. It is just the way of things. Kindness means more than which holes are open.

I don't mean any disrespect, but all this talk about courtesans and high end girls seems a little like a load of bs. Sarafina's first post is well written, even if it contains mistakes, but its all opinion. I am new to the business, so I am still finding my feet. But whether I put a high class tag on myself on my website or ads, I know that its my personality that defines what a client perceives me as. Originally Posted by Saff Sullie

The time, effort, and impact of this is what often causes these types of relationships to last decades. While most hobbyists seek to avoid emotional entanglements, the courtesan experience may very well begin with this element, and it may be weeks before sex becomes a part of the relationship. The second element is refinement. This element extends to every facet of the relationship - and by relationship I mean far more than a one hour appointment, or even an overnight. A relationship with a courtesan is perhaps eighty percent social and twenty percent sexual - I don't know, but I think Pareto was onto something. Again, this aspect of the relationship would not be a good fit for most hobbyists. Refinement begins with communication, specifically how you speak, what you talk about, and your openness to various points of view. Most hobby encounters are too short for this level of connection to take place - given the primary focus is on the twenty percent topic. Selectivity is another major difference. I believe it's due to the more social nature of the relationship in the courtesan experience, but both parties, the prospective client and courtesan, are seeking someone they can truly enjoy relating to on levels besides sexually - not to diminish the sexual aspect, but it is only a small part of the relationship. The financial aspects are normally handled far differently in a relationship with a courtesan - there are generally no envelops or stacks of 50's left in the bathroom or on a nightstand. All IMH experience.

Most hobby engagements are bit like hooking up with someone you meet at a club on Saturday night. The sex is what it is - and please don't stay for breakfast. A courtesan experience involves someone who is engaged to become a confidant, perhaps a dear friend - with benefits.
