I'm not downing Lin, but he played as much basketball as I did last year. Not a lot. Too many PGs and still could use another forward. I think Barkley might be on to something with McHale helping Howard's post up game.

If the Rockets get Rondo, Linsanity is all but GONE!!!!

I just blew a fuse laughing at that Rondo article although maybe it'll put a bug in someone's ear.

The twitter they quoted was @BLLLSimmons (Yes, three Ls). Unverified with all of 31 followers. The real @BillSimmons makes no mention of a Rondo deal.
It's also mentioned here

Who fucking knows?

Again, if it puts a bug in anyone's ear, that's not a bad thing. Could end up like that Josh Smith thing. Something mentioned in passing that no one acted on.
Too much baggage for me but....There are two all time top ten big men(IMHOH) here in h town that can teach him if he wants to learn.
He may not ever have the dream shake as a go to move but Olajuwan can help him with the footwork.
If D Ho want's to be a top notch center he needs to get nasty. McHale backed down from no one when he played and he has tried to bring that 'tude as a coach. Here's to hoping that Howard can find his "heart of a champion" Originally Posted by boardman

McHale, for the most part, played PF. He was a very good big man in argueably the greatest frontcourt in BB history (Parrish, Bird, and McHale).
Not only will Kevin McHale have an obvious role in D Howard's future development but so will Olajuwon.

Welcome home, Dream!
