Cowboys are in Training Camp

11 old ladies in power chairs could have scored on that defense last night.
Well boys and girls, once again it comes down to the last game of the season for the Cowboys. Will the hold up to the Eagles and make the playoffs, or miss out and be 8 & 8 again?
My money is on the Eagles.

If they could define "winning ugly" in a dictionary, they would put a picture of that game in as an example. lol

They can look like total shit, but have been in a position to have won 4 of the 7 losses, which would have had them at 12 and 3 right now. I don't see them beating the Eagles, or if they do, advancing in the playoffs, but stranger things have happened.
Well, Romo is out, so we will see what Orton can do. Hmm. I think Romo is faking it so he doesn't have to face the music next week.
Well Orton looked as good as Romo , and even managed to look just like him on the final drive. The defense held up and if the offense had been able to score touchdowns and not turn it over they had the game. Another 8 & 8 season. Talk about consistency, what other team do you know of that can stay so mediocre for so long? Once again, it wouldn't be so frustrating if the Cowboys just didn't have the talent to win, but watching them blow it time after time is really making it hard to keep watching them, but I will.
I guess we'll see what happens next year.
Its not bad luck, obviously they don't have the talent. Jerry has the money to sell you the idea that Romo and Garret have talent. I think Jerry, Romo and Garret suck and are responsible for the past 4 mediocre seasons.

Talent, is Brees, Brady, Manning, Manning, Kaepernick just to name a few, and I know im leaving a few out of the list. But, Do you see anyof the aforementioned going on a mediocre season for 4 years in a row?

Get rid of Garret and they'll win a playoff game. Get rid of Garret and Romo and they have a shot at the superbowl.

To get rid of Garret and Romo, they'll need to get rid of Jerry.
Oh ... and the entire defense needs to go too. LOL

Both Romo and Orton rely too much on long, low percentage passing. Get rid of both of these "chokers" and get two scrambling QB's to improve the short game.

Without some major changes I think the Cowboys will be lucky to get to 8 & 8 next season.
