1) Mrs M raises a good point about Dre’s simple operation compared to GFX’s multi city operation. The difference in their level of professionalism was one detail I found difficult to conciliate with. It’s easier to believe that GFX has to rely on several staff members for the kind of operations it has, than it is to believe that GFX is run by Dre, who does everything on his own, and relies on Mrs M as a puppet figure.
2) I found some holes in Katie’s account early on, but didn’t further pursue those because it wouldn’t prove anything that would further the agenda of the investigation other than to call her credibility to question. And if I did so early on, it would compromise the discovery process. Without going into the details, let’s just give Katie the benefit of doubt and attribute it to false memory.
3) The fact that some of these long-time providers like gfekrystina and magicalmariah would continue working with GFX, if GFX’s business practices were questionable, is difficult to conciliate with.
4) The most important information was buried in the previous threads. The messages got lost amidst the drama:

The testimonies from those members, whom I consider to be credible, proves that the person doing the booking is Mrs M. The determining evidence (4), in conjunction with the other considerations, leads me to believe that GFX should not be held responsible any further for the events that transpired between the driver and Katie.
Other considerations:
I don’t doubt that the driver treated Katie inappropriately. However, that’s between Katie and a driver who no longer works with GFX. Even if Katie’s claim about the PMs she has received from other members getting harassed by the driver is true, there is still no way to prove that he still works with GFX. Even if you can prove the driver still works with GFX, it doesn’t matter that much as long as he’s not the manager behind GFX.
Parting thoughts:
Keep an eye out for members who have the propensity to spread rumors for their own agendas. Refer back to those few threads and you’d spot them pretty easily. Remember them well and know how much weight you’d place on their opinions in future.

Beagle and GFX all I wanted was an apology on how I was treated and like in the apology thread it shows lack of one. Still to this day none. And all "Mrs M" can say is I'm mad because of my weight - omg are we like in high school or something (Mrs M I've heard if it's true your nothing to look at either - so......) and that's why you kept me away from the other girls yet wanted me to sit in a car waiting for my appointments, I guess mrs M you think I'm the typical girl and care.... I don't know. I just find it a little peculiar that the "driver" has suddenly fallen of the face of the earth.
I have little doubt that there's more going on here than is being let on. From GFX trying to downplay this "driver's" role in all of this to his sudden termination just seems a little too convenient.
I don't know how much of the actual "office work" this "driver" actually did but in GFX initial statement, (apology thread), they state that this individual had been sending files to Katie; meaning, this individual was authorized *and had access to*, GFX'S database. Yet here, they highlight in red, (1), stating that Katie is lying when she claimed that this driver had it all up on his screen and was posting an ad for her. Mrs. M was supposedly on vacation and this guy was basically given the keys to the hen house.
She doesn't know one way or the other what actually went down other than what he's supposedly said. But here's a guy that's supposedly been with this outfit for a brief 2 months and his responsibilities go from being a driver to what I would say is a General Manager with accesd to their database
Upon Mrs. M's return from vacation, she discovers that he'd tracked Katie down on Facebook, sent her what Katie feels was a veiled threat, had a quickie with Katie, and was also seeing another one of GFX's providers.
And Mrs. M offers him an ultimatum? (Continue dating this provider or terminate his employ)???!
We're these indiscretions not egregous enough to immediately terminate his employ? I would thinck that they would be...but they offer an ultimatum and he chooses to continue seeing this provider? Okay..and now, they can't get in touch with him? Seriously?

Yes the last day I was supposed I work it was at a Motel 6 waiting for keys to a room I was to once again share a with another woman; when I text him on this Pimp Dre then said girl didn't have money on her card and everything was booked if I am allowed to put address I will, y'all then can verify if it was Motel 6 or not. I even stressed this more to him and he claimed that all hotels are booked because of the holiday BS. Even RW friend met me there because my car needed to be jumped and then took me for breakfast (that should just prove how long I waited) if not the front desk woman I asked for key that was either in my RW name or my sister (providers name) was a Motel 6 clerk.

All I know is that I would NEVER refer a friend to GFX because I think the way they've done business, by their own admission, is extremely unprofessional and possibly dangerous.
