The judge ordered that the underlying affidavit for Fulton County be unsealed by EOD Tuesday the 10th.

We are gonna find out just what the DOJ used for this.

Anyone wanna guess? The real money is that it is gonna be on the nonsense from people like Moncia.

And if that's the case....I am gonna beat alla the Briny and Flamey bullshit into the ground.

This affidavit is gonna prove how much these people are STILL relying on debunked LIES.

And "legal wrangling" my fucking ass. Their opposition to this seizure of these records from their SECURE location is quite justified. Now the chain of custody has been broken and we can no longer be assured that they have not been tampered with.

those complaints that were thrown out were of legal technical errors with improper legal usage, typos etc... again none of the case ever got into discovery stage because the judges would not look at the evidence and they were looking at complaints at that stage. alot of the complaints were valid as they were made by poll workers who were there during the count. they were quick to dismiss it as they did not want to due a court date past the deadline. that is why discovery never happened. with discovery, the court would have found fraud or no fraud during its findings.
