I still have leftovers but my dumplings fell apart Thursday night. How do I make them stay together?? I need to confess I used pillsbury dinner roll dough for the dumplings. LolI use the same thing for my dumplings. I get the flatbread by Pillsbury. You can use any kind of dough by Pillsbury but you will just have to flatten it out. The key is to put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and use lots of flour when you roll it out and preferably use a pizza cutter to cut it into the slices. Then put it back in the freezer for about another 30 minutes. Remember flour flour flour. Then when you put the dumplings in let it cook for about another 30 minutes. I hope this helps you some.
