For clients, you can pay a fee to register and Gina will verify you with a government ID, social media, disability benefits, education status, and/or employment information.
Client data never gets stored, yet provider data remains on file indefinitely. As a provider you need to request your data be removed from their site if you’ve left their platform, and this will only be completed if you are in good standing with P411 (i.e. non-abusive accounts). Gina insists that information is stored to ensure no duplicate accounts get set up, but this doesn’t make any sense since you can write them to ask to remove your data. But again, the issue of data security remains because P411 doesn’t provide any information on how the date is stored, or confirmation if it’s destroyed.

And yes technically you the user can get in even more federal trouble for using a escorting site to advertise something other than intended purpose eccie will have no liability but you will be liable.. And if subpoena is presemted they will have to turn over all your data

And this law does not apply to eccie all providers are required to verify age by id yes they really check your number

Oldest profession in the world flourished way before the popularity of the internet. It's the end of the world reaction to this bill proves that some people rely on the internet too much.
Print advertising doesn't get hit too hard by the government because it's free press in the Constitution way and doesn't involve children. Children don't like to read so they aren't interested in print unless they are cool colorful graphics like they can be found on the internet. Government knows that children will be playing on the internet all the time. Hence, all the attention to certain web sites.

Are you ladies creating a list of gentlemen that you know are good to see? Or should the gents all get prescreened with each lady they want to see?
Seems as if option 1 would be a quicker option since prescreening is time consuming. I would imagine no provider wants to spend the last days trying to prescreen instead of making money?

Guys, no one is worried about this PROFESSION coming to an end. Just the efficient and convenient means to ADVERTISE and SCREEN potential clients.
This is just recreation to the men. And in times of trouble, it's not much of a hardship for ya'll to forgo luxuries.
But, to many of us Ladies, this is how we keep our bills paid. All of this will make it more difficult and dangerous. So we have reason to worry.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst. I will always be easy to find. I keep my name the same every where. I think p411 is the only place that it's Krystal Rose BBW instead of Krystal_RoseBBW. Just put @ before or after and you're bound to find me

What happens when the feds get their hands on these narrowly focused client lists..someone is bound to snitch and coorperate..and turnover that list for further investigation. I'd be leery of any lists....
