Obama's speech was good. The crowd reaction to it (causing the memorial to descend to a pep rally) was inappropriate. I think even the President was taken aback by how the crowd was reacting at this event.

Obama should have done two things to make the speech 100% better (that's twice as good); when the cheering started he should have held up his hand and said "please, this is not the time or place. Please sit down and be respectful to the memory of the departed." The other thing would have been to take responsibility for some of his statements and promise to change how his administration does business. Another small thing would be to fire the person who okay-ed the t-shirts. Otherwise, I'll give him a 7 out of 10.

This nutcase had a long history with LE (the Sheriff) and yet had never been looked at by mental health people. Arizona has laws that make it one of the easiest states to force a person to be evaluated. The Sheriff is the first line of defense.
