My guess is Joe-mentia's hidden electronics didn't work as well as they had hoped in the last debate. He needs the large screen teleprompter to tell him what he thinks. GEPOTUS should instead debate Joe-mentia's teleprompter coder(s). Although, even they probably don't know where Joe-mentia and da-Hoe stand on many subjects.
