Since some of us are telling our stories, here's my 15 minute brush with fame with a porn star...

I played football on scholarship at a university in southern California for 3 years. I never considered myself too appealing to the opposite sex. At 5'7" and 180 pounds, I could run through a defensive line and was well built (stout), but I wasn't the lean, tall man most women were interested in. But for whatever reason, one night at a party I managed to draw the attention of a girl I thought was gorgeous. I have no idea why she was interested in me, other than the fact that she told me she was a huge fan of the team. I was too wasted to care. We chatted for a while and eventually made out by the pool. It never went any further than that. After a while, a guy I didn’t know came up and told her it was time to go, and she kissed me, smiled, and left with him. Afterwards, one of my friends asked if I knew who that girl was, and I didn’t. He told me she was Barbara Dare. I don't know if anyone remembers her - this was the 80s and I wasn’t into porn at the time and had never heard of her. Anyway, she was one of the most beautiful women I’d ever seen, and if I hadn’t been as drunk as I was, I might have put up a fight when the guy took her away. That’s my meager brush with fame!
