You are clearly spending too much time listening to IB. I never said those things you imply I said.
I have never supported letting people in unscreened. This person--as far as we know--was a US citizen, and you seemed to say that he should be detained and tortured even before he did something illegal. THAT is what caused me to question how much you believe in the constitution.
IF he was guilty of things prior to the shooting, then he should have been held accountable for those things. But who acts as your thought police to deny US citizens of their rights because you think they are a risk? THAT is very much actions counter to the constitution. THAT is no different than Soviet gulags.

You don't need the thought police, these people are not afraid of Obama doing anything about it, they proudly post their evil beliefs all over the internet for anyone to read anytime you want. Google it, you don't have to be an FBI agent to figure this one out or see who the enemies are! Have you not ever noticed that after every single muslim attack how easy and fast it was to prove they were muslim terrorist? They just look them up on social media, that easy.
I wouldn't disagree with you at all under peaceful circumstances. But when you have a religious sect that declares war on the U.S., anybody, American or not, that supports that enemy and it's evil ways, should be stripped of their Constitutional rights, and treated as a traitor and a war criminal and shipped to gitmo. I wouldn't be opposed to shipping them to Iraq either, those guys may be poor military fighters but you let them have an enemy to take down to the basement for "questioning", and they come back with all the intel!
