My thoughts are like this. Most true legit girls get tested regularly. This is something that you don't want to get or even take a chance of spreading. I have always looked at it as "I sure hope the condom never breaks or comes off because I don't want to take that chance that something could be passed along". And I am a guy. And yes, EVERYONE in the hobby should be tested, at minimum, once a year but more like quarterly or bi-annually. All it would take is one crazy fucked up HIV+ nut that is reall active and doesn't give a shit and hundreds could be exposed within weeks. Just saying. I get tested annually for everything. Worse than that is the hpv that may not a how up for years. The safer you play, the longer you play. That's my motto. Good luck ladies with all the bad ones you deal with.
