I amazes me how OBLIVIOUS some of you are!! LOL!!! I was not commenting on Raw Dog!! I was...Oh, HELL!! You probaly won't understand what I was going to say anyway. Some of you could post HALF as much and get TWICE the point value across. And some of us just sit back and watch the Ass-Clown circus.

I think you are "projecting" too much of YOUR experience on the rest of us. You may be coming out of a relationship and trying to figure out where it went wrong for you - but I think you are doing yourself a disservice by justifying it to yourself by stereotyping the whole universe of providers and clients.

Second ... "White Knights" ... what is the definition of that? There are a lot of guys (like me) who are just born "wired" as "defender types". That's why I've always been either in the military or working with it. Where I see injustice - it annoys me and prompts me to pipe up. I don't just defend hookers. I am a member of other boards and often defend inner-city blacks and try to convince people that yes, the injustice they face from the police is real. I gave a significant amount of money to charities associated with helping the people of Kobane fight ISIS - as they have been doing for over 100 nows - and kicking ISIS's ass with a fighting force that includes 17% women.

That's just who I am and GOD - I wish I COULD stay out of it all but when I see someone beating up on someone powerless - no matter who it is - I feel the need to get involved.

I think the tendency to over-generalize is pretty common here; it's a little co-opting, but this is a marginalized industry and experience. that sort of thing tends to happen to the marginal.
