It's just sad how badly done that tattoo is. Terrible work. If you're going to get a neck piece, for the love of god choose a different tattooer. I can't call whoever did that an artist because it's straight garbage. I am heavily tattooed, difference is, mine are by some of the best artists in the world....because if I am going to ink my body it better be damn good!
