"From the Hobbyist side - same equation: If a Provider asks a Hobbyist "Instead of 7, are you doing anything at 8?" should a Hobbyist be rightfully upset and think "What the hell business of that Provider what I'm doing at 8 - and how dare she ask me that - I asked her a question about 7!""

Hhhhmm, I've never had a provider say it the way you just said it. I've had them say "I'm not available at 7, how about 8?"

The way you phrased it is still the condescending assumption (your way). The way the ladies ask me is just a respectful question. Zero assumptions about my schedule. Just a reasonable negotiation. Originally Posted by micktoz

C'mon, Scribe isn't a bad guy. Perhaps a tad too introspective, but not a bad guy.

Then, "What's the point?"

Why - on a site, that should have:
  1. Ads
  2. Reviews
Do we even need Co-ed, Sandbox? And why - as you find almost every post "so mundane, disturbing, tiresome and full of bullsh$t", do you three post on so very many threads?

(your post summed up) "I hate freaking BS threads" (posted, on freaking BS threads) seems kind of hypocritical.

It's what I train many corporations about, worthless commentary by employees "THIS SUCKS, THAT SUCKS!" ... ok, and your solution to improve it is? (Silence) until the next "THIS SUCKS!"

Sorry, not trying to be rude - but your posts are fodder... lint... (BLM, you a little less because you have made some good opinion posts lately that are not just fodder).

Nobody cares if you disagree - but disagree with some input. some perspective...

Sh&t - take a lesson from CT or grean, I disagree with MOST of their posts - but they are eloquent, and make points that make sense... so they retain high marks in my book. Heck even BF I know reads the posts and has opinions.

This does suck, though. You must charge the corporations you train by the number of words in your handouts. But, hey, since we get the enlightenment for free, I don't want to miss out. So, carry on.

Then, "What's the point?" I'm always happy in here, this is eccie land where you can have a good time whenever you want

Why - on a site, that should have:
  1. Ad- so they can get clients
  2. Reviews- so we can learn how good or bad they look, perform and if it's worth for others to proceed
Do we even need Co-ed, Sandbox? They both serve their purposes like every section in this site

Bottom line this is a P4P aka A place for business, all that other sensitive crap will get you in trouble by being called a creep or a sucker, some may disagree and that's ok

Set up you visit, have a good time and go on with your day, eccie is for the clients to share information being good, bad and ugly.
