2. Referenced is an opinion piece written by Pete Hoekstra, a former Trump advisor and blatant partisan. So far this amounts to unsubstantiated conspiracy theory. But sadly for Trump partisans, the real proof is buried along with Vince Foster's body
Lots of controversy surrounds this guy. I think the only way to get the truth out of Hoekstra is to tie him down and waterboard him.

3. The only "tactics" are those used legally by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The bombshell was when Comey refuted the conspiracy theories (points #1 and #2) and confirmed that Trump is indeed under federal investigation.

Washington D.C— President Trump, in a stunning announcement, agree to release long forms of his Tax Returns for the past 10 years. This is a reversal from his previous stance. In a hastily called news conference Trump said:
