I just want to say that I'm glad you did go ahead and tell everyone about what happened to you. You told me some time ago, and I was thinking you were doing best to keep quiet and try to let it go away, as you were doing then, even not knowing who did it. I should have told you then to go ahead and report it for everyone to know. As much as it hurts to bring it back up, at least you got it out. Even if there is no justice that can come about, you put your story out there and others can be aware of him and what he and others think they can get away with. To be taken advantage of by someone that you have entrusted like that has to take a great toll on you, and I'm sorry that it continues to be plaguing you in so many ways.

I was at one of these events recently and I noticed how intoxicated many of the girls were. There was one I wanted to try and get to be with even, but she was incoherent, and I Wasn't going to try to at that point. I'm sure someone did though. Even fully conscious, there is a point where consent is obviously not there. To do that to someone passed out or coming in and out in an obviously incapacitated state is reprehensible and very much against the law. It is rape, even if there was consensual sex before that. I may be biased toward believing her for reasons obvious if you read my review, but he seems to not deny a good bit of it, and justifies it with all the events prior and after. I know I will be blasted for being a wk, or whatever, and not invited to come back to the event, but I'm just saying what I needed to from what I've seen and how I feel about it. Although I may be biased, I really don't see why she would say this if it didn't happen. It has obviously affected her greatly, and she has nothing to gain by coming out with it.

Shouldn't ever have sex with woman that is sleeping or fucked up. Not even if your married or in a committed relationship.

When he got back in bed after the bathroom he should have went back to sleep. He shouldn't have even touched her privates while she was sleeping much less fuck her.

Its not hard to believe that she seemed like a willing participant while it was happening, could have been involuntary because she was asleep. People sleep walk and never remember it happening.

This back ground information was gathered by PID's account. Your request was fofilled both in this threAD and PID's threAD.

I have excluded all the opinions of board members not involved and "only" evaluated both your and PID's posts.

Apparently you have never met PID via standard Hobbyist / Provider means. (P411 request, pm asking for session) Rather you met in 4 times at socially.

1) Sex in car
2) Sex in bedroom, Public BJ,
3) Dinner, Sex at hotel X 2
4) Social where you requested money

The "5" sex acts you were NOT compensated nor did you request compensation. No request has been made for an overnight or dinner. Many providers refuse and are NOT interested in any time spent with a client without be compensated. This is almost always established in advance and scheduled.

RULING #1 RAPE

You choose to meet the defendant numerous times socially and you choose to enjoy adult beverages. You engaged in sex acts both private and public while enjoying adult beverages. It was only later after you were unhappy with the "relationship" and wanted to CHANGE the relationship that having sex while enjoying adult beverages in your mind became "rape"

RULING: There was no rape!

RULING #2 COMPENSATION FOR SEX

You had sex in the car with the defendant, then sex in a bedroom at a residence, gave the defendant a BJ in public, had sex at a hotel room after drinks and dinner not once but twice. At no point during these encounters had you mentioned being compensated. It was later at another event you decided you wanted the relationship to change. You them wanted to retroactively be compensated for the time / sex. This was denied by defendant and from that day forward you and he have NOT met for dinner, drinks or sex.

RULING: No client relationship was established so no compensation is due!

Ms La Vida thank you for bringing this situation to the board. Both hobbyists and providers will most certainly learn from this unfortunate situation.

My ruling is final. Unless new evidence is introduced and new charges are filed this case is closed.
