Being a doctor does not automatically translate into being classy or having a lot of money.

And, it is not an absolute requirement to take the MCAT either. Not saying the OP isn't a doctor or is or this is what he did, but someone can get a medical degree from "Borat's Kazakhstan" and "somehow" pass the USMLE and do a residency in one of those states of our union and voila they have an MD now!

While they don't teach grammar in med school, I'm fairly certain that in order to pass the MCAT, you do need to have, at the bare minimum, basic College level writing skills in order to pass the writing portion. You know-- that little letter next to the number... Of course, on the new test, its merely part of the score itself, but since you're already a doctor-- you took the old form anyhow. Providers operate at a different level and the demographics of the clients are totally different. Some guys who frequent this site will not go out to look for strippers and waitresses. It is a different market. Dynamics are different.

I search for a provider and look at the price which tells how well she is doing.
