So far so good and I mean good OMG. She worked Friday and Saturday Sunday was a fun day. No issues with mom I think it may work out great.

Absolutely the law states that once a person starts receiving mail at your address and has been there for 30 to 60 days they have established residency and therefore has to be legally evicted. They do not have to have a rental lease in place in order for them to be able to stay, most ppl don’t know this because most ppl don’t know the law.
