The rest have been decided.Actually seeds 13-16 are conference winners from the small conferences with virtually no chance to make it past the opening weekend. IMHO, Oklahoma should not have made it. Number of wins is irrelevant in many cases due to the schedule played by many teams. St. Mary's won something like 25 games with only 1 quality win. When a team plays in a major conference they are going to lose a lot of games. In the Big 12, 9 of the 10 teams came close to getting in. Every game was a battle. Being on the selection committee is not an easy job.
This whole if you win x percent chance of getting in is just for clicks.
