Slightly more if doing US conversion. In some cases less. Just like in SA. The profession obviously gets less expensive or more expensive depending on country. Overall, men globally are agreeing on their hour worth. Regardless of time spent doing whatever.

By all means though, guys are going to put you through an hour of torture, hard fucking, ware you out, whip you, ass play, etc etc. Charge more.

But imagine, a South American, Indian, East asia, or a European working class guy visits here and can't afford to get laid?
