I'm liking the trade very much, looks like the Spurs got the best deal they could with the situation the way it was ..... and as one fan commented over at poundingtherock: Pop must be feeling better today, a 230 pound weight has been lifted off his shoulders .....

Well well Team USA'S basketball camp will begin later this week in Las Vegas, with Pop coaching the team ..... DeRozan will be there, Kyle Lowry will be there, and Kawho? is supposed to be there ..... if he does show up, can you say AWKWARD!! ..... would love to have a seat at one of their practices .....

News today says Kawhi will not attend mini camp. All players in recent trade passed physicals recently though.

Ha! That second commercial is hilarious ..... "a shoe so under the radar, maybe it will be at the shoe store, maybe it won't. We just don't know!" ..... genius ..... the only thing missing is telling you that buying the "Stealth" prevents you from getting a quad injury (or whatever that mysterious injury is that Kawhi has) ..... just think, if Kawhi had been wearing the "Stealth", he never would have gotten injured and he'd still be a San Antonio Spur today! .....

The Utah Jazz who were 3rd seed last year with a winning record, have the same Vegas odds of winning the NBA Championship as the Cleveland Browns in the NFL who won 0 games last year to win the Superbowl.

Chris Paul didnt like the situation here. They told him Tony would likely still start when he came back from injury. As well as they went out and drafted Murray, another PG. Paul didnt like the situation so he went to Houston. Then Simmons walked. Pau and Manu got the remaining cap money from last season. Although Pau was a much larger deal, and a terrible one. Impacted this years free agency big time. Luckily. It's off the books after this season. As is a few others.

Reading the rest of the article, Yahoo and NBC had the Spurs realistically 3rd or better. I totally agree, not that 38 win nonsense. I personally think Spurs are going to surprise a lot of people. Read the whole article here....
