I will tell you this, I get several PMs a week (over the 5 years I've been on there) where the gentleman says he contacted me specifically because I have a doctorate degree and they find that interesting and would like to meet.

It's not really a hard thing to then surmise that there are a lot of guys into that. I'd say 80% of the inquiries I get make mention of it. I also get a fair number of guys asking for a referral to girls with similar backgrounds.

now contrast that with never seeing a review that highlighted hours of intelligent conversation
