AB is up to his antics in Oakland!

Section 4 of the CBA from what I read. Will depend on the arbitrator's interpretation of how the various conflicting sections play together and whether that overrides the extra language the Pats have added to their contracts. And then whether the money is considered earned immediately as a signing bonus vs over time.

NFLPA has reason to not want to let this go uncontested aside from AB Originally Posted by HDGristle

Kraft can afford much better lawyers than AB.

Does anybody really think it will be AB taking those online classes?

I should probably let this thread die a slow death but read today AB wants to go back & play for the Patriots . His irrational reasons are he’s the best receiver in the NFL , he’s been working on improving himself , going to school becoming a better person & my all time favorite , the Pats are going to have to pay him his 9 mil signing bonus anyhow so he may as well be playing for them !!

Is he delusional, desperate or just plain crazy ??

At this point, the Patriots have so far proved they really don't need him. Therefore, any argument he tries to make is irrelevant.
