Well, he quit. He wasn't fired, he wasn't released. He quit. At the time he quit he was rated right in the middle of the pack of all starting QB's in the league. Literally average. And those in the middle with him were rookie QB's and 2nd/3rd string QB's who were filling in due to starter's injuries. He's a quitter who wasn't doing so well. Then spends 3 years crying that they won't let him back in. Little bitch who just wants attention.

IIRC Kapernick was not a starter when he quit, he had already been demoted to a back up.
