Durham Report

The entire thing is available on scribed. It’s both frightening and sickening. There should be dozens of heads on pikes, but there won’t be. This, or any other country with this level of corruption, is toast.

Like Durham's report, reality isn't about what "side" you're on. There's our shared reality. Then our perceived reality. And then our imagined reality.

That's part our shared reality. And there's more we have in common than that. But you feel compelled to hug the fringe and stay all the way over there. I'll remain here, slight right of middle, waiting for you to look at both sides of this. Originally Posted by HDGristle

Charging decisions are a large part of the point. He's a special prosecutor and if he find crimes it comes down to whether he can charge anyone. Don't rationalize so you can bypass your denial. He went 0 for 2 and couldn't stick the landing with either.

Mueller secured some convictions.

Both ran things to ground. Both are part of our shared reality.
.... James Comey and those with him committed Treason.

So did General Milley - but he'll surely retire before
Trump is voted back on...

... Durham obviously has the nuts there, or surely wouldn't
have "named names" as he did. ... OBama's legacy is tarnished
by his-own actions - allowing Hillary to peddle the fake dossier.

Wasn't Obama's legacy already tarnished from his 8 years in office?

Convictions of people with no predicate crime. Meuller had nothing, you and I both know that. Durham actually found corruption, wether or not the corrupt people are above the law doesn’t change that.

Can't get a fair trial in DC... And YOU surely know it.

Take the Federal crimes cases out of DC.
Move them to areas across the country.

Durham not charging anyone. If he charged anyone in Washington DC, he would more than likely never get a conviction, most know and understand.

Same goes for Trump getting a fair trail in NY. The Jan 6th people getting a fair trial, it just won’t happen.

37 indictments. 7 guilty pleas / convictions. Enough evidence of obstruction of justice to proceed if someone weren't president. And 14 additional criminal referrals.

The cognitive dissonance and partisanship must be strong to hand wave the one while lionizing the other.

I haven't said shit about giving Hunter Biden a pass. Or Paul. Or Joe.

That's part of your fictional narrative in your head. Just like how you "feel" that Durham invalidates the purpose for the Mueller probe. It didn't.

If there were crimes, bring charges. Prove it in court. If they did the crime, bring the case forward and secure the convictions. And they can do the time and I won't lose even a second of sleep over it.

Manafort had his day(s) in court. He was guilty. He deserved his sentence. Someone else not being in jail might not be perceived as fair but it has absolutely nothing to do with Manafort's case.

The aasholes on the right that don't belong in power are just as bad as the assholes on the left who don't belong in power. There's no lesser evil argument. Trump and Biden are both sleazebags cut from opposite ends of the same shit-stained cloth.

Why haven't you figured it out yet, Qpadre?
