Yeah, too many database connections. That can be resolved as I use to run vbulletin. But seems the owner doesn't care on that.

Yes. It’s chronic and constantly mentioned in threads like this one. Mostly happens during the day. DDOS attacks that vary in intensity. This morning there were 50k+ “guests” on the site. Compare that to the <1k actual members online at any given time and you can understand the problem.
