What constitutes "Vehicular Assault" as a criminal ct?

... Surely looks like it's supported to me.
As I haven't seen the ICE Agent charged with murder.

There will be no fair investigation in this matter, for sure. No matter which side is actually in the wrong.

I'm not sure if it's a lack of reading comprehension or if you are just trying to twist my words but what I actually said was " I made no claim to be here on some quest for understanding." Not quite the same, is it? If I am engaged in a search for understanding this ain't the place I'd be seeking it. Originally Posted by Ducbutter

You got nothing. The evidence clearly shows that 'he couldn't know which way she was going because he couldn't see the wheels' is nonsense.

And, because thinking is fun, just because his cellphone video doesn't show the wheels doesn't mean he couldn't see them.

It also doesn't mean he did see them. That doesn't really matter. All of this happens in a second or two and you think he should look at the wheels and determine the path and then look at her and to make sure she wasn't turning back towards him. She just needed to stop the fucking car and follow the orders given. She is responsible for her own death.

"The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who fatally shot Renee Good last week in Minneapolis, Jonathan Ross, suffered internal bleeding to the torso following the incident, according to two U.S. officials briefed on his medical condition."

As previously revealed by the shooting officer's hand held video. Apparently her front wheels weren't pointed far enough to the right. Who knew?
based on some of DHS/ICE 'reporting', might be worth mentioning that a bruise is a form of 'internal bleeding'.

Also worth mentioning you don't get bruised without being struck.
Perhaps this lady was lucky to only be dragged out of her rather than being shot.

In the rush to deploy to Minnesota...vehicles known not to be compliant with law enforcement requirements have been operating in MN.

at least 31 ICE vehicles are currently operating in the Twin Cities, even though they"currently lack the necessary emergency lights and sirens" they need to be "compliant with law enforcement requirements."

But congrats to tough guy Ross. Not for getting the rounds off on target, but for not dropping the phone while sustaining injuries that caused internal bleeding. Maybe, slamming his phone hand against the hood? Cuz, you can bruise when you strike, too. DOH!

Does the answer to this question really matter? From public statements and the fact that the local and state authorities are shut out of the investigation it certainly appears that the fix is in.

Add to this the fact that 6 prosecutors quit rather than work for an agency that is either failing to investigate or investigating the matter looking to paint legitimate speech as some kind of terrorism.

I still say she didn't deserve to die for this.

But it ain't like this is new.

Cops execute people in their vehicles at a shocking rate, especially minorities.

She just got better press because of the circumstances.
