HITLER SURVIVED THE WAR AND DIED IN 1970

TAE is once again off his meds. To kind of supplement, and hopefully not repeat what IBHankering has written, there are some very detailed accounts of the demise of Hitler from both the Allied and, more importantly, the Soviet side. The opening of the old Soviet archives revealed a large trove of information, including fragments of Hitler's skull and jaws. There have been books and, for the attention-challenged, tv shows, on this subject. Firstly, there weren't two Germans who survived and saw the bodies, there were numerous, including his secretary, adjutants, etc., all of whom told essentially the same story - that Hitler took cyanide and shot himself, whilst Eva Braun took cyanide. Hitler tested the cyanide capsule on his dog Blondi. The Soviets found the burned bodies and had Hitler's identified through his dental records. The bodies were hidden, being moved serveral times. The skull fragments were brought back Moscow as evidence and as macabre trophies. The last resting place was at a Soviet kasserne in Magdeburg in East Germany. As was recently announced in the news, though the Russians had said it before, in 1970 the bodies were secretly exhumed, burned, and the ashes dumped into the sewer system. Stalin kept the death a secret in order to use the possibility that Hitler had escaped as a propaganda tool against the Western Powers. This all has been published several times by reputable sources. Consult Max Hastings and Antony Bevor's books about the end of WWII in Europe for reference. FYI, Borman's remains were positively identified by DNA. I don't know if Hitler's have been, although there are descendents of his brother living in New York. I suggest you watch "Downfall", which is a German movie about the last days of the Fuehrer Bunker based on the accounts of one of his secretaries. Also, Hitler was in very poor physical condition after the 20 July assasination attempt. The idea that he could have survived until 1981 is laughable.
