"Christmas in July" effort which is usually very low key project for the same beneficiaries, but which we will make a more concentrated push in 2013. Emphasis in JULY will be more on "back to school" items for the kids, shoes, clothes, pens, notebooks, other school items, journals, etc.
Meanwhile, thanks to the more than 75 folks (including VIVs - very involved visitors) we're delivering 52 toys, games, stuffed animals, wrapping paper and 24 regular size bars of soap (left over from a recent food drive, they wanted edibles) and a money order in the amount of $135 to the shelter this morning.

Stay tuned for the 2013 Schedule of Austin and San Antonio Events and plan accordingly. Still "two a month" in SA and every six weeks or so in Austin with some VLK (very low key) events in between in both cities.
