I wonder what the percentage comparisons, on HIVstats of on men practicing safe sex vs non safe sex????
And I'll be the first to admit, the current thinking of HIV is not something I've stayed up on. But does not the practice of safe sex play a major deterrent in spreading HIV, in terms of hobby play?? I.E. bareback sex vs safe sex.
And of course, the really big stat.....
I wonder what the percentage comparisons, on HIV stats, of men using needles in drug use vs non needle drug use, again further lower the number of needle using black males from playing in hobby land, above street level hooking.???
And finally, granted that the black male is the highest HIV group....what percentage of African American males, due in fact have HIV???
Also since above link also discusses that the level of poverty has a major role in HIV status....I'm thinking that level of population
is not going to venture into this level of hobbyland, but more at a street level hooking???...
Just a couple thoughts I would throw out there

I have only heard of one report that tried to quantify the risk of HIV transmission through a single act of intercourse. The source is "K.M. Stone, HIV,
STD's, And Other Barriers. In Barrier Contraceptives, Current Status and Future Prospects, 1994". According to this source, the estimated chance of infection from one partner to the other during a single act of intercourse is 0.1% to 20% for male-to-female transmission, and 0.01% to 10% chance for female-to-male transmission.
