This hobby is a microcosm of the real world. There is a fair share of irresponsible or disorganized people among both providers and clients who account for the non-responses, routine cancellations and no-shows. I can surmise that providers have to handle a larger volume of communications (good or bad) than clients, and I appreciate those who maintain good customer service nonetheless.
