Reagan did what Obama refuses to do. He compromised with a democratic congress. He was conservative and did what he could. Bush 2 was not a fiscal conservative and neither were the republicans in congress during his term so I agree with you on that.+1.
I would argue that if a president is claiming to represent everyone then he should be willing to be questioned by people from all points of view.
