prazer, where do you work? who is your boss?? Im going to give them a call later today and earn you employee of the year!! you just confessed that on "slow" days you will take a pay cut because you aren't doing all of the "busy" work!
heres my take... why not find a lady that is in your price point for her hh rate and then go have fun! buying and selling houses has ALWAYS been done that way. same with cars, life in mexico, blah blah blah.....
street walking has always been that way... (I'm not knocking street walkers at all! so to the people who want to start, please dont!)
when i first started escorting i didn't have people ask to bargain. they just looked elsewhere. if i can't afford a pair of jeans at the mall i dont ask to have a cheaper price. i may wait for a sale, but thats just like watching a lady advertise a special. see, we can all compare things that are irrelevant that back our side.
i simply asked WHEN this practice started and by WHO. so sorry that it hit a nerve in your haggling for hookers game. the fact that you got so offended by a question is whats funny.
anyway, whats your bosses name and number again???
I don't really have the patience to read every post in this thread but let me say this about the negotiation/haggling/services idea. Alyssa you are only looking at it from your side...I'm sure you're a great provider et.al, but seeing as this is NOT a regulated industry in most states , you have providers at all levels with all kinds of models of business. There is no standard...since there is no standard and a guy is about to spend more $$ per hour on you than he would on a doctor, lawyer etc. There is no reason why he shouldn't inquire...MANY times I have asked for a lesser set of services and saved my hard earned money to get only the services I desire. (blame burger king) If a provider doesn't play that way...fine, but to take it as an offense or worse is a bit disingenuous. No way you would pay 300K for a house if you could get it for 250K. You'd be even more foolish not to ask. This is after all a business. I go into McDonalds and ask for a whopper and they tell me "you can't get that here" ...I understand. There are some providers who are open to negotiating services and rates and others who are not...I have no problem with either. I have paid for both. You wanna know why...there's my .02.
