This subject has been dealt with and put to bed many times and will continue to be vetted as the frustration with this policy mounts ( no pun intended ). I've discussed this with a few KC providers and the lowest common denominator seems to be pimps and their recruitment tactics and/or dudes who think their game is so good they should get it free or for an extremely low rate. I would venture to say a lot of these "no aa" providers see aa guys in their "personal" life and some almost exclusively, ironically enough.

Where are these black men?
