Congress pass legislation conditioning Obaminable's "post-POTUS" benefits for the rest of his life on whether or not Iran develops a nuclear weapons device before or after he leaves office.

If they do ... his benefits (all of them and for his family) cease at the end of the month in which the disclosure/discovery is made. If it is concealed by the existing administration from Congress, then the President in whose administration the concealment occurred doesn't get any benefits (as well as his family) and Obaminable must repay all benefits he received after the discovery.

Obama will continue to be well taken care of by Democratic donors and benefactors for the rest of his life. Other than Secret Service protection, his US govt benefits won't mean squat.
