Since when did it become normal practice to haggle with donation rates and services?
I offer a 50/Special..... its one activity... Not 3 or 4. Not for less then 50 when its not posted as less.
If you want more then what that special includes There are other sessions with other donations available.

You also answered your own question. You ask if it is normal and then say that only 2% of the guys do it. Well, if 2% do it and 98% do not, I guess it wouldn't be normal.
I have a widget.
I'm going to set a price point which invites market participation from consumers who traditionally bargain for price, because they are economically unable to afford the standard market price for widgets.
When these customers bargain for price, I'm going to stand around incredulously wondering why these folks are bargaining price.
