So Germany has "barred trade with China"? And you call that a "fact"? Gee, that's odd! Last time I checked Germany was buying $102 billion a year worth of Chinese goods. That's $36 billion more than it buys from the US! In fact, China is Germany's 3rd biggest trading partner! And you say "they've effectively barred trade with china"?
When it comes to economics, you are the most clueless buffoon on this board! You make things up out of thin air and call them "facts". All it takes is 30 seconds of research to prove you are a fucking idiot. Here's the link, shammymoron:

But first, let's talk about this!
Listen shamfucker, there are a handful of people on this board who have an obvious background in economics - Ex-CEO, ExNYer, and me
Captainmidnight: yes. ExNYer: maybe.....but YOU?
PLEEEASE lustytard, you are a fucking fraud. And a laughable one at that. You're amateurism shines through every time you post. If you didn't suck your own dick so much, maybe someone would take you seriously.
Funny you bring up the "GDP per capita" discussion. To my recollection, you had to pick your ass off the floor and "scoot" off the forum for a couple of days.

Pay attention Lustyretarded. I said "effectively barred". I could have used the word "banned"....if that's what I meant...Try to understand the reasoning in an argument before getting your panties bunched up in a wad
No, I chose those words for a reason. China and Germany are good trading partners, I won't deny that. but they're not like the U.S. In a free-market economy, which is what the U.S is, nearly all manufactured products would be imported from china. It's the simple theory of competitive advantage. I'm sure that since your "back" is "grounded" in economics, you have no problem recognizing that term.
The question is then, why does Germany still have one of the strongest manufacturing economies in the world? Why does it still export more than it imports?
Germany could as easily close it's manufacturing industry and take advantage of Chinas export economy. After all, that's what capitalism dictates it
should do. But it doesn't. It relys on trade barriers to close out chinas influence and therefore prop up it's manufacturing economy.
Someone with a "background" in economics would have no problem recognizing that.
Your inability to follow a thought to a logical conclusion is laughable. "background in economics"
if my memory serves me correctly, you also once claimed to go to an Ivy league school!
Thanks for the laughs bud.
